Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the beverage cases are unopened and in their original packaging. Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship It Back
Send your items back to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping service. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-defective items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping fees.
